Get rid of these workflow trigger preset options
When choose a trigger now a HS user is presented with several options that in my view no one will be using. These are Data Changes / Digital Interactions / Contact Interactions, etc.
I do not think anyone thinks like this when building a trigger, especially experienced HS users. HS users are NOT thinking "I need to trigger when there's a digital interaction." Anyone in workflows knows how to build a trigger and doesn't need this extra layer. Product team is forcing users to think in a way that's counter intuitive. I am sure most people are hitting that skip button and moving past those options where they can freely build a trigger.
For Hubspot product....don't overthink things and put all this junk in the way. The simplicity of Hubspot is what makes it a great tool.

Create contact record when create ticket or deal
At the moment, when creating a ticket or deal and trying to associate it with a contact, we can only search for existing contacts in the database. If the contact does not already exist, we have to leave the ticket or deal creation, navigate to Contacts to create the new record, and then return to associate it with the ticket or deal.
Would it be possible to have the ability to create a new contact directly while creating a ticket or deal, so we can streamline this process?
Email threading with different subjects in HubSpot Sequences
Problem
When email threading is enabled in HubSpot Sequences, the next emails will be sent as replies within the same email thread including - each threaded email must have exactly the same subject line as the first email.
Suggestion
We want to be able to change subject lines for follow-up emails within the same thread.
For example, all as one thread:
Email 1 = "HubSpot is the best"
Email 2 = "RE: HubSpot is the best"
Email 3 = "HubSpot is the best - thoughts?"
Email 4 = "HubSpot product team are legends"
Email 5, 6, 7 etc. = I'm sure you get the idea 🙂
If I am emailing someone from whatever email client (Google, Outlook etc.) it's possible for me to change the subject line to whatever I want, there are no limitations when I hit 'reply'. It would be great if the same is possible in Sequences.
Benefits
The anticipated benefits of such enhancement would be to enable greater personalisation, improve engagement and deliverability.

Have you had a social post drafted within HubSpot and it's suddenly not there? Was it deleted but you don't know who deleted it, nor can you recover the lost content?
There is currently no functionality within HubSpot that offers a recycle bin for deleted social drafts or an audit log, to determine who has deleted the content.
This is extremely high risk if you don't have a backup of the content internally and have multiple users who have access to the social tool.
I'd like to propose a recycle bin that stores - for 30 days - deleted drafts or deleted scheduled posts. And an audit log will show which user deleted the content.
Then that content can be restored should it have been deleted by accident.
Hide DD/MM/YYYY in Empty Properties
Recently any empty date properties in HubSpot have started showing as DD/MM/YYYY instead of being blank.
This has gone down like a lead balloon in our office as this has made the left hand panel incredibly busy looking, even though the values are empty.
Please can this either be reverted so blank values are blank, give the ability to hide this placeholder value, or make the colour of this placeholder text a lot lighter so its less busy on the eye.

Calendar View for Tasks in Hubspot (not syncing with email calendar)
It would be great to be able to view tasks (attached to tickets) in a calendar view. You can currently only view the tasks in your email inbox, but when you have lots of calls in the diary it makes the calendar impossible to read.
There should be a calendar view in the ticket section instead of just a list view.
Collect Customer Email at the start of a conversation with the new Customer Agent
We're having huge issues with customers abandoning over 80% of the new agent chats mid-conversation, and we:
1. Have no option or method to send an automated message via the chat to see if they're still there.
2. Have no way to identify the customer as they haven't provided their email, so we cannot chase up on support, as the email collection isn't done until after escalation.
The result is an inferior customer experience compared to the older traditional channels. Can we have the option for the agent to send a message when closing the chat/ticket, and the ability to switch the email collection to the start of the conversation, like with the older chatbots?

Update pipeline stage from association cards for Custom Objects
For HubSpot native objects with a pipeline (Deals, Tickets etc) we can easily update the pipeline stage straight from the association cards. This is not the case for Custom Objects with a pipeline.
Instead, the users will need to access the record view (or the board) and update from there which means extra clicks. Would be great if you can release this function for custom objects as well.

HubSpot Feature Request: Turn Off Breeze's Suggested Properties in Report Builder
Users should have the option to disable Breeze's suggested properties in HubSpot's report builder. Currently, Breeze's AI-powered suggestions appear automatically, which can be distracting or irrelevant for some users. A toggle in settings to enable/disable these suggestions would improve the reporting experience for those who prefer manual property selection.

Feature Request/Suggestion to allow to change Internal Values for Persona Property
Hi HubSpot team,
We are currently doing integration between HubSpot to a 3rd party app and need to align Internal Values in Persona Property to be the same values in this 3rd party app (both HubSpot & 3rd party's internal values need to be the same).
We noticed that the Persona property is set by HubSpot as default.
Hence, we'd like to ask if you could add this feature or your developers could assist with changing the Internal Value in Persona Property.
Also welcome other alternative options.

generating sequences is the most time consuming process..... can we do some AI stuff?
Hey Please help us admins out. We get sequence requests sometimes and have to copy email templates from word/google docs to hubspot templates.
Could we have a file upload that LLM could use to generate the sequence, including time intervals, subjects and template naming formats?
Would also be a good way to get everyone naming their templates with a strong naming format.
Additionally, would be rad if we could prompt AI to create the sequence for us.
Use Association Labels as Filters in Highlights and Statistics Cards (Center Column)
There are a number of Association Label requests here, and adding another one. In this case, it would be beneficial and useful to filter the information on Data Highlights and Statistics cards by Association Label, so that not ALL Associations are included in them at all times. (See attached Statistics Card filter as an example of where)

Support for Dia Browser
Dia is a new Chromium based browser from The Browser Company. I get errors when using the Hubspot Gmail plugin currently. It would be great to have official Hubspot support for this innovative browser.
Ability to Reference Opted Out Uploads in Lists
It would be great to be able to reference opt-out uploads in Lists, so that we can see all contacts who have been "Unsubscribed from all email" manually through the import feature.
Meeting Scheduler - Feature Request
Other meeting schedulers allow you to restrict the total number of meetings allowed per day, as a separate rule. So the order is: 1) only offer meeting times if the total available meetings that day are not exceeded, then 2) continue to offer meetings according to the existing rules that Hubspot already captures from the user.
That would be a nice feature to add.
Reports with massive filter editing tool
With a multi-select feature, it would be ideal to be able to make massive adjustments to an speciffic group of reports that share the same filter type/groups. Currently, this happens individually, requiring us to access the settings for each report and make the change on filters. Doing this in bulk would help make the report management more efficient every time we need to make changes to a large group of reports.
Revert the Ticket activity "Form Submission" Layout
There has been a recent, if not today, UI change in how the Ticket activity "Form Submission" is laid out.
It used to be that any multiline-text field would by default show all of the text.
Now it has changed to where the agent has to hover their mouse over field value to see all of it.
Ideally they wouldn't have to perform this extra step, which while miniscule by itself, across several tickets each day, and with manual extra steps they have to take such as manually CC'ing others inputted into our support form's custom CC field, and moving the ticket's conversation to the correct inbox (as we have many), this putting more and more manual effort when not needed on to our workflow.
Bulk Archiving for Files
We're currently doing a big clean-up of our Hubspot and have tonnes of items in the Files area that are very old and outdated. We do not want to fully delete everything right now, but after speaking to Hubst support I've been told the only way to archive them is to go into each item individually and archive that way.
It would be extremely useful to have a bulk archive option to help with this as you can with other areas of Hubspot already.
Google Meet - Transcriptions added to contact through app
On googlemeet you can now transcribe meetings using Gemini, which is great, but the Google Meet app on the Hubspot marketplace doesn't automatically save these to the contacts.
It would be outstanding if you hold a meeting, it saves the transcription to Hubspot if using the Google Meet app.
