Ability to rearrange form folders 

Currently, form folders are stacked on the left-hand side of the folder view without a defined sort order or the ability to rearrange/set the sort order of the folders. It would be great if we had the ability to manage the sort order of form folders, just like we can with other assets in HubSpot!

Option to change date format on CRM view 

Hi Community!

I am posting this idea on behalf of a customer, please vote for it! 

 

When we use date properties in the CRM > objects columns (contact, companies, etc.) we get the values in the following format: January 1, 2025, instead of 01/01/2025.

 

However, when we access the property from the "see all properties", we see the value as following: 01/01/2025.

 

The request here is being able to choose the format displayed in CRM> Contacts/Companies, etc., based on our preferences.

Cuando decidimos mostrar las propiedades de fecha en las columnas de propiedades del CRM (contacto, empresas, etc.) nos aparecen los valores en el siguiente formato: 1 de enero de 2025, en lugar de 01/01/2025.

 

Sin embargo, cuando accedemos a la propiedad desde la vista de todas las propiedades, vemos el valor como: 01/01/2025.

 

La solicitud aquí se basa en que se pueda elegir el formato que se muestra en CRM> Contactos/Empresas, etc., dependiendo de nuestras preferencias.

Option in Outlook Sales Tools to Create Ticket from Received Email 

Currently, when using the Outlook Sales Tools (HubSpot Sales Extension), there is no direct way to create a ticket from a received email.

 

I propose adding an option within the Outlook extension to create a ticket directly from an email with the following functionality:

 

a. Ticket name pre-filled as the email subject (modifiable by the user before creating the ticket).
b. Ticket automatically associated with the contact who sent the email.
c. Ticket automatically associated with the company linked to that contact in HubSpot.

Benefits:

Streamlines ticket creation workflow for teams using Outlook and HubSpot.
Reduces manual steps in the support or sales process.
Helps ensure emails requiring follow-up are systematically tracked as tickets.
Keeps HubSpot data consistent without requiring users to switch platforms.

Outlook Email Extension – Two-Way Sync for Email Reply Status 

Currently, when sales reps reply to an email via HubSpot, the email in Outlook remains marked as unread, leading to confusion about which emails have already been handled.

I propose two-way sync functionality in the Outlook Email Extension so that:

  • If a sales rep replies to an email in HubSpot,

  • The corresponding email in Outlook is automatically marked as “Read."

Which can helps to ...

 

  • Reduces confusion about which emails have been replied to.
    Saves time by avoiding double-checking or re-opening already handled emails.
    Keeps Outlook and HubSpot aligned for teams heavily using both platforms.
  • Improves sales productivity and user trust in HubSpot's email integration.

Visibility to CSAT Survey Sent in Help Desk Ticket 

Currently, HubSpot does not display in the Help Desk ticket or chat conversation thread when a CSAT survey is sent. While you can view how many people have been surveyed (and their responses) in your survey tool, there is no note or visible event inside the individual ticket or chat conversation itself indicating that the survey was sent.

 

It would be beneficial to see that CSAT survey has been sent in the Help Desk Tticket or chat conversation thread.

Allow workflow 'internal email notification' to send to non-users 

In Summary

Current issue: Cannot send 'internal email notification' via workflow to a shared inbox, only to specific users or multiple users within a team.

Current workaround: have created basic users, with no permissions at all, for these shared inboxes. Literally the user is only used in Workflow internal email notifications.

 

Proposed resolution: Allow to validate shared inboxes (similar to validating recipients of test marketing emails) and adding another option on the 'internal email notification' for 'shared inboxes'.

Further Context

We are starting to automate a lot more via workflows for various actions across the team. While 'send internal email notification' has become really useful, there are instances where it doesn't need to go to a contact, record owner or specific user.

 

We have shared inboxes for departments that have multiple eyes on it. We need to automate emails to, for example, itsupport@mycompany.com so that the IT support team pick it up and assign it out. 

 

Only being able to send to specific users or owners is limiting due to annual leave, varying workloads and just generally expecting one person to be responsible for all the notifications. Allowing the automation of email notifications to internal emails that are not hubspot users (even if verification is required, which is fine) would streamline a lot for us.

Add options for contact/company website visit notifications 

We recently moved from Pardot to HS and were very surprised that there is no option to set up daily/weekly contact/company activity updates. The only option is to get instant notifications about website visits. Our salespeople are very disappointed with it because they are bombarded with notifications several times a day rather than getting a summary like they are used to.

I know there is a possibility to set up recurring emails for report dashboards, but this would require building a separate dashboard for each salesperson, and this is a massive amount of work compared to ticking a box in Pardot 😉 Besides, our salespeople use a different CRM, and they are not thrilled about logging in to HS just to see an activity report. 

It would be great if:

1. An option for daily/weekly/monthly frequency was added to website visits notifications in user settings

2. Other activities were included, e.g. form submissions, ad/social/email interactions.

Move the apply to all lists check box 

In the “Choose which columns you see” dialog (under Edit Columns), the “Apply to all lists” checkbox is positioned uncomfortably close to the “Apply” button.

 

This makes it far too easy to unintentionally apply your column settings to all users — especially when using a touchpad or working quickly.

 

A small UI adjustment to separate these elements would greatly reduce the risk of accidental clicks and improve the overall user experience.

restrict access to individual forms based on specific users or teams 

At this time, HubSpot does not support restricting visibility or access to individual forms based on specific users or teams within your account. User permissions for forms are set at the tool level—meaning that any user with access to the Forms tool will be able to see and manage all forms in your account. Unfortunately, partitioning by teams or limiting rights to only certain forms is not currently available.

 

Limiting access to forms by user or team is important for our business needs.

'View contact record' feature for lead pipeline view in sales workspace 

Please can we have the same function 'view contact record' in the lead list view in sales workspace. So when clicking on a lead, there's an option at the right bottom corner to view this contact record page and it opens up on a new page. Now we don't have this same feature in the lead pipeline view which is not so convenient as teams work in there. We'd need to copy and paste the contacts email address in a separate tab to view their record page instead of one click on the lead page.

Payment notifications - Different setting for subscriptions 

Currently, I have payment received notifications enabled, as I want to be able to monitor the sales team's daily payments. However, this creates an issue because I also receive notifications every time one of our subscriptions makes a payment, resulting in thousands coming in monthly. 

 

I have set up an inbox rule to hide these, but it would be much easier if we could disable notifications for payments received linked to subscriptions.

Required fields - Board View - Companies 

The new board view for companies is great, it gives you a valuable overview of your target accounts, customers & past customers.

 

But to fully use it, it would be great to add required fields to it, just as it exists in deals & custom objects. This will allow our teams to work from that view, and update information we deem necessary when a company moves from one lifecycle stage to another.

Outbound mails through prospecting agent should have an option to send through alias mail id 

The current outbound mails through prospecting agent are going through a default  mail id and it would be helpful if we can have an option to select to send to it through an alias email id.

Buyer Intent Export Functionality & sync visit history to CRM 

It would be excellent if the saved views in buyer intent can be exported to CSV or XLSX for analysis outside of hubspot to compare to other lists from other platforms. 

 

Furthermore, when adding a non CRM comapny, it doesn't bring any of the web history. This feels like an obvious thing to drag over otherwise there is little context as to why that company is there.

Call with HubSpot App in Lead Que 

The 'Call with HuBSpot App' is one of the best features. I find the call control and quality FAR better than using the web interface. 

 

While this feature is available on the Lead List page in Sales Workspace, it is not available in the Lead Que...which is really frustrating. 

 

So, in order to manage this, I now need to keep a second tab open (with the lead list) and use this for the calls (to use 'Call with HuBSpot App'). As such, I have to flick back and forth to use this feature between tabs and it gets really confusing and time consuming.

Next Activity in Leads Should Show Sequence Actions 

Hi Guys

 

I am really enjoying using Leads in the new Sales Workspace. 

 

One thing I came across is that the next action from a Sequence a contact is enrolled in does not show in the 'NEXT ACTIVITY' field. 

 

This is a real miss, and I recommend this functionality is added. 

 

The core problem this causes me is that I like to have a filter for when 'NEXT ACTIVITY' is empty, which indicates Leads that need to get an assigned next step. Because Sequence actions are not shown here, it gives a false sense of something missing. I have added in the Field 'Is in Sequence' to visually assist with this, but I cannot filter on this in a way that is effective.

email / template editor 

Let’s be honest — the email and template editor in HubSpot is long overdue for a serious upgrade.

 

Right now, we’re working with a tool that feels broken and:

 

  • Handles formatting and links inconsistently

  • Lacks a decent file handling dialog

  • Doesn’t support full-text, title, or cross-hierarchy search

  • Offers no global formatting controls

  • Has zero tagging or organizational features

  • etc

 

For a platform as powerful as HubSpot, this editor feels like it’s stuck in the past. Creating and managing templates — something we do every day — shouldn’t feel this clunky or unpredictable.

 

We’re not asking for fancy bells and whistles. We just want a modern, reliable editor that respects structure, scales with growing teams, and actually helps us get work done faster.

 

A streamlined UX, stronger formatting control, and smarter content management would go a long way. It’s a core part of the platform — and it deserves more attention.

Allow reporting on marketing email performance by contact list (especially for workflow-sent emails) 

Currently, there’s no way to break down marketing email performance metrics (sent, opens, clicks) by contact list — especially when emails are sent via workflows.

In our use case, we often send the same email to multiple lists (e.g., List A and List B) using a single workflow. We would like to compare performance metrics between those lists — for example, which list had a higher open or click-through rate.

However, because workflows do not track which list a contact came from at the time of sending, and because “List membership” is not available as a breakdown or filter in reporting tools, we cannot segment or analyze performance by list.

What we’re requesting:

The ability to break down marketing email performance by contact list membership

Or, the ability to use “List membership” as a filter or grouping field in Custom Report Builder and dashboards

Ideally, even for emails sent via workflows

This would help teams running list-based campaigns better understand which segments are more engaged and optimize their strategies accordingly.

Bounce Reason should apply only to Primary Email (not to secondaries) 

Similarly to how the Subscriptions apply only the current Primary Email, the Bounce Reason needs to apply to the current Primary Email.

 

We use the Bounce Reason to enroll contacts in a workflow to do several CRM management things.   However, if that Bounce Reason applies to a secondary email we get erroneous enrollments.  We have switched the Primary Email at the clients request.  Changing the Primary Email should clear the Bounce Reason because that reason does not apply to the Primary Email.

Manually Re-enroll to a Workflow 

Hello HubSpot team! It would be awesome if we could manually re-enroll contacts into a workflow as a one-off without having to turn on the "re-enroll" option for all contacts. Here is a quick Loom video for additional context!
